Consumer Planet Watch is a collaborative non-profit organization that started in 2008. We believe that the climate crisis is the most dangerous event that any living being has ever faced, and we have about a ten year window before it's too late. Too late means irreversible change- the planet becomes virtually unrecognizable and uninhabitable. It's happening now, but we can stop it from getting out of control. Believe it or not, we can curb runaway CO2 emissions if we just switch what we buy to companies that are taking positive steps to curtail their climate footprint.
